Rich
Tolsma, producer, director and editor, has over twenty-five
years of experience in video communications, multi-media production
and training. For many years he was Manager of Communications for
Strawbridge & Clothier, and was responsible for producing training,
recruiting, fashion, point-of-sale and motivational programs for
the highly regarded department store chain. In 1996, he went into
business on his own as Rich Tolsma Productions. He holds a bachelor’s
degree from Susquehanna University in Music Education and a master’s
degree in Educational Communications from Temple University. Rich
is addicted to the performing arts, an unrepentant travelholic
and a serious musician who sings with the Choral Arts Society of
Philadelphia and the Philadelphia Singers Chorale, the official
chorus of the Philadelphia Orchestra. |

John Nolan, editor
and motion graphic designer, has a decade of experience cutting everything
from corporate videos and commercials to broadcast programming for
national networks including The Discovery Channel. One of the leaders
of the Philadelphia Final Cut Pro User’s Group, John is very
active within the national community of FCP Users, has been featured
on webcasts and has presented at MacWorld. John is a true craftsman
with a passion for good design and a love for the graphic arts. He
enjoys hanging out with friends, watching movies and Tivo, spending
summers in Avalon, and his weekly guitar lesson. |

Melissa Uhniat, Associate Producer, joins Rich Tolsma Productions bringing five years of experience in television and video production. Melissa’s production coordination skills have successfully served a variety of clients ranging from national television networks such as HGTV and Animal Planet, to large corporations. Melissa finds that the balance between her position as associate producer and on-air talent work as a local television host is a perfect fit. A 2001 graduate of the University of Delaware with a B.A. in English Journalism, she currently serves on the board of the Philadelphia Tri-State Chapter of American Women in Radio and Television as the public relations co-chair. In her free time, Melissa loves going to the Jersey shore, traveling, cooking, and hanging out with family and friends. |

Mark Gambol, Director of Photography, has over fourteen years of experience working in video and photography production. Mark has successfully produced pictures for Emmy nominated television shows, inspiring documentaries, reality television, professional sports events, targeted print advertising and provocative print editorial. His creative vision, sensitivity and understanding of production technology bring the highest level of quality camera work to our team.
